| Draping |
| Warm, soft linens are used to fully cover you during your session. Draping is required and provides comfort, warmth and modesty. For example when Jill is massaging your arm, it will be uncovered to expose only the area of focus. |
| Confidentiality |
| Each client must complete and sign a health history to provide the information necessary to customize your massage treatment and make sure it is done safely. Please arrive ten minutes early to discuss any health issues and updates. Information gathered is strictly confidential and under no circumstances will it be shared for any purpose without your prior, written consent. |
| Standards |
| As a rule the highest professional standards are upheld. Jill seeks ongoing training and re-certification to enhance her hands-on skills and knowledge. All bodywork is strictly non-sexual in nature, any expectation otherwise will result in termination of the session. |
| Appointment Policies |
| Massage therapy treatments are scheduled by appointment only. Clients who are unable to provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged the full amount for the session. |
